Hey there! Welcome to Intercom Help Centre. In this short video, you will learn how to move the messenger's position on your product or website.

The messenger can appear on either the right or left-hand side of your website. You can change the position of your messenger in your messenger settings. Here's how to do it:

First, head to your messenger settings. Then, open the 'Style your messenger’ section and scroll down to launcher position. To change the messenger's position, simply select your preferred one from the drop down. Then, click save and set live.

Here are a few more details about the messenger's settings. For web, you can also set your horizontal and vertical padding to 20 pixels or higher. On mobile, the launcher will always show on the bottom right of the screen. And last, the messenger can't appear in multiple positions across the same page. It's either on the left or "right" of the screen.
