Welcome to the course on working with Google Sheets!
This free, web-based software is part of Google Workspace and offers many features similar to other spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel. You can create and edit spreadsheets and collaborate with others in real-time, and access it from any device with an internet connection. Additionally, it offers a range of formatting options, formula functions, and collaboration tools.
In this short course, you’ll learn how to create new files or import and convert existing files, how to add content to your spreadsheet and how to work with cells, rows and columns. Finally, I’ll show you how to share and collaborate with your colleagues.
Before starting, make sure you have a Google account, which you can sign up for at workspace.google.com.
Now you’re ready to create your first Google spreadsheet. In the next lesson, I’ll show you how to do that. Let’s get started!
